How to Register to a PhilHealth Konsulta Provider

What is the PhilHealth Konsulta Package?

The Konsultasyong Sulit at Tama or the PhilHealth Konsulta Package is the expanded primary care benefit of PhilHealth.

Who can avail of the benefit?

All Filipinos shall be eligible to avail of the PhilHealth Konsulta benefit by registering to an accredited PhilHealth Konsulta Facility of their choice.

What does this benefit cover?

The PhilHealth Konsulta Package covers individual-based health services including initial and follow-up primary care consultations, health screening and assessment and access to selected diagnostic services, and medicines.

Services and medicines that can be availed from a PhilHealth Konsulta Provider:

Primary Care Services

  • Consultation and case management for any conditions, including individual health education, that can be managed by a Primary Care Physician and team as determined by the legal scope of practice
  • Provision of preventive health services
  • Referral to specialty and higher levels of care
